Childbirth Education​

A 4-week birth preparation cohort designed for couples who want to approach pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum as a team.

This course combines education, hands-on practice, honest conversations, and practical preparation in a supportive community environment.

​

Led by Debbie Thomas and her husband, couples will learn how to prepare for the marathon of birth and postpartum with confidence, communication, and connection.​​

Surrogacy & Adoption Support

Every birth story is unique, and families formed through surrogacy and adoption deserve compassionate, personalized support throughout the journey. As a birth doula, I provide emotional, educational, and practical support for both the birthing mother and intended family members, helping everyone feel informed, respected, and prepared for the birth experience.

Services may include birth planning, communication and relationship support, preparation for labor and delivery, advocacy, and continuous labor support. My goal is to help create a positive, connected birth experience while honoring the needs, roles, and emotions of everyone involved. From pregnancy through the early postpartum period, I provide guidance and support to help ensure a smooth transition as baby is welcomed into the arms of their family.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is a natural way to support your postpartum recovery  and it's simpler than you might expect.

 

After the birth, I carefully process and encapsulate your placenta into supplement capsules, giving you an easy, convenient option to help with hormone balance, recovery, and overall well-being in those early weeks.

What to expect:

• A flat fee of $300 covers your full supply, typically a 1–3 month supplement, depending on placenta size
